Among Baydon's customers in North America are GE Card Services and United Airlines. Baydon has also strengthened its worldwide sales presence with the addition of three sales executives: Michael Farmer, vice president of sales; Jim Thibeau, business development manager; and Pam Bajorek, business development manager. Prior to opening its office in the Financial District, Baydon partnered with Human Dynamics Inc.
